Pickling Workshop

Discover the secrets to creating crisp, flavourful pickles from scratch.

What You'll Learn

Salsa Workshop

Choose to make either Tomato Salsa or Peach Salsa while learning safe canning techniques.

Create fresh, delicious homemade salsa while building confidence in preserving seasonal ingredients.

Participants Will:

  • Learn proper salsa preparation and processing

  • Understand acidity and safe canning practices

  • Prepare either tomato salsa or peach salsa

  • Learn flavour balancing and ingredient selection

  • Take home freshly canned salsa

Canned Peaches Workshop

  • Process peaches using safe water bath canning

Each workshop includes approximately 8 jars of finished product. For group bookings, jars are divided among participants.
